Keep the latest sales tools in the hands of the company’s front line and possibly boost the bottom line with today’s Daily App. FatStax for iPad is a tool that provides B2B salespeople with an avenue to keep sales teams up to date on the latest product information and sales collateral such as PDFs, videos, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote and Pages files.
Developed by San Diego-based Red Funnel Consulting, FatStax is geared directly at supporting the needs of field sales teams of large enterprises and small businesses.
FatStax comes preloaded with a sample database, although only those subscribing to the FatStax service can download personal product information into the app. It works by converting product information from its native format into the iPad-compatible FatStax database.
Users can build a product list for buyers by simply tapping the "add to cart" button. This process combines the product information and will help build a shopping list within minutes. The FatStax search feature instantly and intuitively allows products to be searched by name, sku or the full text. It also can work and search for products offline and send information about multiple products in a single email. FatStax also works with a secure FatStax-compatible cloud database called CloudStax. FatStax also provides Salesforce.com CRM integration, helping to improve sales activity information and eliminating the double-entry administrative task.
