There are no don'ts with an app called Do. Today’s Daily App is a task management tool that makes getting work done with anyone from anywhere an efficient and doable process. Do.com for Android and iOS is an HTML5-based app that’s aimed at businesses with needs such as organizing a marketing campaign, building a website or even planning renovations.
Geared toward small and medium-sized businesses, the free Do.com app was created by the Salesforce developers of the Do.com website, and it was built on top of Heroku’s cloud-based app platform, a service that builds and deploys Web apps and was also programmed in Ruby on Rails.
Setup is easy. Simply fill out the name card, add a photo and start adding tasks. Its key features include the ability to share tasks, projects and notes with anyone and provide real-time alerts to help stay on track, and it automatically syncs between the Web app and mobile device. It also has a "Sales Progress" feature to help track and meet sales goals and a "Virtual Checklist" that can be used to assign tasks to others by groups or projects, as well as a built-in collaboration feature that enables secure sharing of critical information.
