Barbara Darrow looks at the Service Provider Edition of Microsoft CRM "While this will not be the full-on, multi-tenancy CRM promised in the Titan release, it will make hosting somewhat easier, building on the current CRM release and relevant middleware." She also provides an extended preview of the show, and takes on the 'conspiracy theory' that the delay in the consumer release of Vista may play into holiday XBox sales. "With Sony's much-ballyhooed new PlayStation 3 to be delayed, Microsoft could make hay this holiday season provided partners can ramp up production of the hardware."
