Tuning Vista With Smart DefragmentingVista's new hard-drive files defragementation utility has gotten bad reviews from systems builders, according to TechBuilder's Andy McDonough: "For starters, Vista's built-in defrag utility doesn't let the user track the defragger's progress, the way XP's defragger did.
