IT Unemployment At 2%, Say FedsOffshoring continues, and low-end programmer jobs are in decline, but overall, the IT job situation remains strong, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Information Week reports: "IT unemployment was 2%, according to an average of the past four quarters of BLS data...
