The Daily App: Forms-2-Go For BlackBerry PlayBook

Forms-2-Go is one of the better apps for Blackberry Playbook that we've seen to date, because it is straightforward yet serves a very handy purpose: creating simple forms on the fly, and allowing those forms to be shared.

From sales invoices, to meeting agendas, to credit applications, Forms-2-Go provides almost two dozen form templates that can be used remotely.

For example, for a simple purchase order, Forms-2-Go provides a template to capture basic information, including vendor name, shipping address, quantity and product information and more. Once completed, that form can be e-mailed, saved to the BlackBerry PlayBook, or exported later to a desktop.

Forms-2-Go, by MaximumSoft Corp., costs $4.99 from the BlackBerry App World online store. The company does provide a free trial download without sharing functionality.
