The Daily App: AppMonster for Android

It’s not just that AppMonster, by developer ThinkAndroid, will provide you with a list of every installed app on your device (and remind you how long you’ve had it), but it provides a nice backup and restore function – backing up apps and data onto an SD card with the touch of a button. (It also allows you to back up apps one at a time, rather than everything at once.)

Throw in the added functionality of a button to uninstall apps that you no longer use or don’t want, and this app is a home run for anyone using an Android device.

There is another version, AppMonster PRO, which is a $3.50 download from the Android Market, which allows for the additional functionality of synchronizing with another device or sending backups to cloud storage or any other device, as well as one-button sharing of app links on Twitter or Facebook or via email.

AppMonster is really essential for anyone who loads a device up with more than a dozen or so apps.
