The Daily App: Do it (Tomorrow) for Android

Even the best task-tracking apps for mobile devices can’t address one bug in particular: the procrastination tendencies of the user.

Do it (Tomorrow) for Android is a free app (the developer lets you pay for different-sized widgets separately) that does two things very well: It lets you write down tasks that you need to accomplish, and it lets you push those tasks off until the next day with the touch of a button.

The paid widgets for a free app are an interesting approach. The app itself will take up an entire screen even on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, but the widgets will take up considerably less space and constantly show you your task list on the home screen. (Like a sticky note.)

The app was produced by developer Adylitica, Inc., and is downloadable from the Android market. The widgets are purchased separately from the developer’s web site.

This is an app that is for the quirky, task-delayers who not only like to put off until tomorrow what they might be able to do to day, but who like to be aware of it at all times. At least while they are using their Android-based device.

It’s a unique approach and the widgets are actually a nice compliment to the app itself.
