Apple's Leopard Shows Up On Download Sites

An independent search of Torrent sites confirmed additional links, to downloads labeled "Mac.OS.X.10.5.Leopard.9A466," appeared to be live on Friday morning -- little more than a week after Apple made beta versions of the operating system available to attendees of its worldwide developers conference in San Francisco. The links appeared to turn up in multiple locations.

A call to an Apple spokeswoman was not immediately returned.
