Holding Onto Talent

Meanwhile, wanted to point out our piece about talent shortages which seems to be a business issue gathering more buzz factor. My interest in this is kinda self-serving, as I'm faced with the opportunity -- and challenge -- of hiring several editors right now. (Yes, I know, a GOOD problem.) But since I'm now charged with worrying about stuff like this, I have to be honest: I lie awake right now thinking more about how to motivate the really great people already on CRN's team.
