Challenge
Without a unified BI solution, JBHanauer and Co. couldn't readily access and use the data necessary to deliver reports quickly and effectively. The firm wanted greater visibility into data around product revenue, demographic research, sales techniques and individual financial advisers' performance.

Solution
ISA Consulting conducted a proof-of-concept for the installation of the Cognos 8 BI product for JBHanauer and Co.'s BI platform and data warehouse. ISA also provided the Cognos 8 BI implementation and configuration. The brokerage now has BI capabilities from analysis to scorecarding and reporting in a single architecture.
