To enter, visit http://www.crn.com/vts/june and register with the site anytime between May 12, 2009 and June 16, 2009. Submit the completed registration form online by following the instructions on the screen. Alternatively, send, your name, company, address (specify home or business), telephone number (specify home or business) and e-mail address to “June 16, 2009 Driving Profits with Emerging Technologies" Everything Channel Virtual eVent Show Prize Contest, Everything Channel, 600 Community Drive, Manhasset, NY 11030 Attention: E Reis. Contest begins May 12, 2009, 12:01a.m. EDT. All electronic entries must be received on or before midnight EDT April 22, 2009 and all mailed entries must be received on or before June 16 12:01 a.m.

NOTIFICATION:

The prize winner will be determined at a random drawing of registrants and others who mail in entries, at Everything Channel’s offices on or about June 30, 2009. The winners will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about July 6, 2009. Judges' decision is final. This contest is sponsored by Everything Channel, 600 Community Drive, Manhasset NY 11030.

The prizes will be awarded to the winner. In the event of unavailability of the stated prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute item of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winner) within 21 days of notification or alternate winner will be selected. Prize is not transferable. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:

Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, who complete and submit the June 16, 2009 “Driving Profits with Emerging Technologies " Everything Channel Virtual eVent Show Prize Contest as first-time registrants and who have access to the Internet on or before May 12, 2009 and who otherwise enter in accordance with these rules. Employees of Everything Channel, and/or its affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.

One entry per person is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

LIABILITY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By entering, participants release Everything Channel, and its officers, employees, directors, agents and affiliates with respect to the use of the prize awarded herein, agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. (A Tennessee resident consents to the use of his name and likeness only if such Tennessee resident expressly consents to such use.) Everything Channel is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information including, but not limited to technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, or mail in entries that are illegible, late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected. Everything Channel is not responsible for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.
