The prizewinners will be determined at a random drawing of NetSeminar registrants at CMP Media LLC’s offices on or about February 16, 2004 The winners will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about February 18, 2004. The prizes will be awarded and shipped to winners. No substitution for prizes other than as offered. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winners) within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Contest open to residents of the United States and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, who attend the NetSeminar above and who have access to the Internet on or before February 3, 2004. Employees of CMP Media LLC, Fujitsu Corporation and/or their affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.

One entry on the Web Site per person, e-mail address or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.
