Reduce Power Consumption While Driving Greater Computing Performance In The Data Center" NetSeminar on July 11, 2007 at 9:00 AM PT (12:00 PM ET) at http://www.crn.com/netseminars, and fill out the questionnaire after the NetSeminar. Submit the completed form online by following the instructions on the screen. Alternatively, send the completed form, your name, company, address (specify home or business), telephone number (specify home or business) and e-mail address to Reduce Power Consumption While Driving Greater Computing Performance In The Data Center, CMP Media LLC, 600 Community Drive, Manhasset, NY 11030 Attention: Nanci Oehrlein. Contest begins July 11, 2007. All entries must be received on or before midnight ET. July 18, 2007.

NOTIFICATION:
The prizewinners will be determined at a random drawing of live NetSeminar attendees after the NetSeminar at CMP Media LLC's offices on or about July 25, 2007.
The winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about July 27, 2007. Judges' decision is final. This contest is sponsored by CMP Media LLC, 600 Community Drive, Manhasset NY 11030 and HP Invent.

Contest: Three winners will be chosen from a random drawing of those who fully complete the registration form, attend LIVE, and complete the feedback form to win one of 3 HP Photosmart R967 Digital Cameras.

Prizes: Three (3) prizes of One (1) HP Photosmart R967 Digital Camera
MSRP: $299.99 each

The prize will be awarded to the winner. In the event of unavailability of any of the stated prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute item of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winner) within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner(s) will be selected. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law

ELIGIBILITY:
Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, who attend the NetSeminar above and who have access to the Internet on or before July 11, 2007. Employees of CMP Media LLC, HP Invent and/or their affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.

One entry on the Web Site per person, e-mail address or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not increase one's chances of winning. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.
