Interop Las Vegas 2007
Solution providers attending the Interop Las Vegas 2007 will have plenty of new networking, wireless, VoIP and security products vying for their attention. Here’s a sneak peek at a few of the standouts. Nortel Networks is beefing up its enterprise networking portfolio by entering the WAN optimization market. The new Nortel Application Accelerator line boosts Web application performance by up to 30 times, the company said. The new 510 and 610 models, seen here, use technology built in-house to boost user productivity and cut bandwidth consumption. The platforms include pre-built custom profiles to accelerate applications such as IBM WebSphere, Microsoft Outlook Web Access and SharePoint.
