Toshiba Tablet PC Toshiba showed off its new Portege R400 Tablet PC for Vista at the Consumer Electronics Show in early January. It's the first notebook that uses two key features of Vista: an auxiliary "edge" display and Microsoft Active Notifications to display e-mail and calendar updates whether the computer is on or in suspend mode. Good for mobile pros who don't have time to boot up a PC just to get a scheduling update or quick message. |
