The Daily App, Weebly

Businesses fall under two categories: those that have a website and those that don’t. If your business falls under the latter category, then Weebly and its iOS app could be for you. The Weebly app is a free remote management tool for websites that have been created with the Weebly interface. Weebly is a website-development tool that’s making it easy for anyone to create a personalized website with a personalized domain name, through a computer or iOS device.

San Francisco-based Weebly developed their like-named app so that non-tech savvy individuals could have an easy and free website-development tool that mimics the website's user-friendly interface.

Creating a website can be accomplished either through Weebly.com, or directly from the Weebly iPhone app. Establishing a website is easy. To start, simply register with a name, email address and password. There is a variety of basic themes to choose from, and photos from iPhoto can also be added; it even has Instagram-style photo filters to give images a unique look. Editing features include the ability to drag and drop text, photos and videos. Recent new features to the app include the ability save and edit blog post drafts and push notifications of new blog comments and form entries.

Weebly doesn’t limit the number of posts, and it’s also easy to moderate and reply to comments right from the app. Websites created on Weebly are hosted by the Weebly data center and its cloud-based hosting infrastructure.
