The Daily App, Ezopp

Sales reps who use Microsoft Dynamics CRM, today’s Daily App is for you. EZ Opp for Windows 8 is a free app that makes navigating through the multiple screens of Microsoft's customer relationship management tool more user friendly and can help improve sales pipelines and active opportunities within Dynamics CRM.

Developed by Sonoma Partners, a technology and business process consultancy, EZ Opp takes advantage of Windows 8's intuitive touch screen and gestures with a bubble chart that represents all active opportunities in the pipeline. Pinching and dragging them throughout the chart can manipulate the bubbles size. This can be used to change opportunity information and update the anticipated close date or likelihood of closure of an opportunity. It also displays estimated revenue for the upcoming year by month, which is color-coded by realized versus potential income.

EZ Opp makes it easy to quickly update the attributes of top priority opportunities, and it can dig deeper in an individual opportunity details such as weighted revenue, days in pipeline and days to close. Other relevant information includes most recent activity, activity feed posts and related opportunities. Updates are automatically pushed to the central Dynamics CRM database.
