Managed service providers who have not added data protection and recovery to their list of services are missing out on one of the biggest opportunities available today, if for no other reason than the fact that EVERY customer needs a way to backup and recover their precious data.
But more than that, data protection offers big opportunities for not only recurring revenue, but also for revenue with the potential to increase over time as customers’ data stores grow. Add to that the fact that storage can be a very “sticky” business with long-term customers.
Join CRN Senior Editor Joseph F. Kovar for this live ChannelCast as he kicks off the discussion about all the opportunities for storage and the managed service provider. Kovar will be joined by Greg Shields, independent author, speaker, and IT consultant, as well as a Partner and Principal Technologist with Concentrated Technology. With 15 years in information technology, Shields has developed extensive experience in systems administration, engineering, and architecture specializing in Microsoft OS, remote application, systems management, and virtualization technologies. Also speaking will be Joseph Hand, Senior Solutions Architect with AppAssure, and Jason Preston, Channel Manager with AppAssure.
Join this ChannelCast live on January 27th at 11:00 am Pacific/2:00 pm Eastern and ask your questions in real time!
