Seagate Names Bradley To Board

From 1997 through 1999, Bradley was a senior adviser and vice chairman of the International Council of J.P. Morgan & Co. Bradley served in the U.S. Senate from 1979 until 1997, representing the state of New Jersey. His progressive policies led to reforms in education, health care, free trade and income taxation.

Prior to serving in the Senate, Bradley was an Olympic Gold Medalist in basketball in 1964 and a professional basketball player with the New York Knicks from 1967 through 1977, during which time the team won two world championships. Bradley holds a bachelor's in American history from Princeton University and a master's from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He has authored five books, including two best sellers, on American politics, culture and the economy.
