Accenture eDemocracy Services

Meg T. McLaughlin, an Accenture partner with 20 years of experience at the company, has been named CEO of Accenture eDemocracy Services. McLaughlin is the global managing partner of Accenture's elections practice that serves as the foundation for creating Accenture eDemocracy Services.

Accenture, a New York-based management-consulting and technology-services company with 75,000 employees in 47 countries, ranked No. 5 on the VARBusiness 500 list of top solution providers. It is aiming to combine its elections experience with the newly acquired public-sector assets of election.com to deliver end-to-end systems. Previously a strategic alliance partner with Accenture, election.com has implemented its election systems-management software in more than 170 U.S. counties and several U.S. states.
