"It's a great tool for resellers to use, not only with their own staff, but more particularly with customers. It gives us the opportunity to show and demonstrate a lot of equipment that we don't necessarily have at our own facility," Dunkle said. "Also we have the advantage to work with [Tech Data's] Cisco engineers to answer questions."
