Earlier this summer, a panicked client approached Cimino seeking a quick turnaround for building a B2B site. The previous solution provider had failed to deliver. Though the requested timetable for the project seemed a bit unrealistic, Cimino knew it was time to act, and he had faith that his team could deliver the goods.
So the Snickelways team, about 10 employees, went at it. They were able to do the job within 30 days, just in time for a presentation the customer had to make at a trade show.
After the project, Cimino, knowing the pressure his employees worked under, took a percentage of the job's cost and handed it over to the team. His staff didn't expect the cash reward, but Cimino ended up with some very appreciative employees as well as a customer that now wants Snickelways to undertake more projects.
