Jandovitz comes to the company with more than 30 years experience in the financial and hi-tech industries. Before coming to Cervalis, Jandovitz was CEO of managed hosting and co-location services provider CO Space, which was purchased by InterNap. Before that, he was a vice president at Fidelity Ventures, focusing on the ISP, software and CLEC space.

The company, which specializes in outsourced IT infrastructure and managed hosting, currently runs two data centers--here and in Dutchess County, N.Y.
The company's main backer is LPL Investment Group.
