So far, digital signage has been a specialty niche. But it doesn't look like it will stay that way for long.

CRN research finds that the number of VARs offering digital signage solutions could quadruple over the next few years. Why all the hubbub?

Falling display costs and the availability of off-the-shelf software packages are lowering the barriers to entry in the digital signage space. What's more, VARs say that customers are now approaching them to ask about digital signage solutions.
