Gurdeep Singh Pall, corporate vice president of Microsoft's unified communications group, will detail that software giant's voice and communications vision. At last year's VoiceCon Orlando, Microsoft sent shockwaves through the industry predicting the death of the PBX and claiming that in the next few years software will be driving VoIP and the communications applications it enables.
