Sage Upgrades CRM Software For SMBs

Designed specifically for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), Sage Software offers Sage CRM in both on-demand and on-premises versions, and also provides the ability to migrate between the two versions in order to accommodate an organization's changing business needs and IT resource capabilities.

The new dashboard capabilities allow users to create custom dashboards containing information most relevant to their daily work. Dashboards can include such things as favorite reports, embedded charts with drill-down capabilities, saved datas searches, customer snapshots, and lists of hot leads. Users can also create multiple dashboards to track metrics and key performance indicators that provide them with the information they need to improve sales, marketing, or customer service operations.

Enhanced data management capabilities include improved data imports and conversions, report organization, and lists management. Users can group frequently used reports in a "My Favorite Reports" category or access reports directly from a personal dashboard.

The new system administration capabilities include new default templates that allows system administrators to quickly create new user profiles from existing baseline security and role-based settings. The new monitoring features allow managers to measure system usage at team of individual user levels, and new usage reports include historical session duration, user activity, and access methods. New log-on features include configurable ID and password strength checks to ensure system security.
