Tioga County Automates

New York's Tioga County recently implemented Toronto-based Xenos' infoWEB solution to automate its paper-based processes and cut operational costs. Tioga County will rely on the solution to automate the processing of purchase orders and a wide variety of e-forms for human resources and finance, and to distribute internal reports electronically. The infoWEB solution enables the county to tailor reports based on end-user needs and their authorization levels, and lets recipients choose from a variety of electronic-delivery channels.

The county previously spent a great deal of time and money manually processing up to 1,000 purchase orders a month. The electronic report distribution also will help Tioga County reduce the costs associated with manual report distribution, storage and retrieval.
