XChange Government Integrator: Bigger And Better Than Ever

The second annual XChange Government Integrator event is rapidly approaching, promising even more educational tidbits, networking opportunities and insights into how public-sector customers buy and what products and services are on their radar.

XChange Government Integrator, which will take place May 3-5 at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., will boast more than 110 solution providers and systems integrators that target federal, state and local government, as well as the education and health-care markets. Already on the agenda are a number of sessions hosted by VARBusiness and GovernmentVAR editors, including a look at the technologies that are driving state infrastructures--a realm often eclipsed by the grandeur of high-budget federal deployments, but one that holds huge untapped potential for VARs.

Attendees will hear more about the findings of GovernmentVAR's inaugural State of the Government Market survey, and about the enormous opportunities brewing in health care with the march toward integrated systems and federal support of a national health IT network.

Don Dickson, president of Market*Access, a federal-market research and support firm, will present the five essential elements of successful grant-writing, and two panel discussions--moderated by Sean Burke, president of Govplace, the 2005 Editor's Choice Award recipient, and Alan Bechara, president of PC Mall Gov--will help attendees crack the education market and better understand the role of distribution in the public sector.

And let's not forget about the second annual GovernmentVAR awards ceremony, where two vendors will be recognized as editors' picks--one for having the best government channel program, the other for employing the Public Sector Channel Executive of the Year. This year's winners will inherit their crowns from Citrix Systems and Symantec's Alex Hart.

Also, awards will be presented to solution providers that have made the greatest strides in the public sector. The winners will be chosen based on submitted nominations and data collected from GovernmentVAR's exclusive research.

With so much to offer, XChange Government Integrator is sure to be the event of the year for solution providers that want to bolster their public-sector knowledge and relationships. For more information, or to register, visit www.cmpxchange.com/govtintegrator.
