Now's The Time, Maybe
The second quarter from e-commerce solution provider Commerce One was memorable for a revenue increase of 1,392 percent. Chairman and CEO Mark Hoffman attributes the huge jump, which was fueled by a rash of new client signings, to growing global demand for e-marketplace solutions.
A Vote For Usage-Based Pricing
ABC Systems has developed LAN Licenser, a software metering tool that helps ASPs bill customers based on how often an application is used. "Small businesses don't want to pay for what they don't use, and they don't want to sign a three-to five-year contract with an ASP.
