ASP aggregator vJungle, which worked with the likes of Hewlett-Packard and OfficeDepot, shut its doors this week.
vJungle was formed by Dapeek Amin in 1999 to integrate hosted services for small businesses. Amin was one of the original engineers of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Among vJungle's partners were CBS payroll, iPrint.com, Network Solutions and PayTrust. The company also formed an indirect sales channel with companies such as HP and OfficeDepot and small VARs that private-labeled and resold its services to the SMB market.
vJungle could not be reached for comment, but a spokeswoman for Kurant, another of the aggregator's partners, said vJungle "has gone dark" and she has been unable to get in touch with the company.
