XOR, Seurat Merging For ‘Marketing Resource Management’

E-business solution provider XOR announced this week that it will merge with Seurat Company to create a new entity focused on what it calls "marketing resource management."

The new entity, which will go by the name Seurat Company and will be headquartered in Boulder, Colo., received $25 million in funding commitments from Frontenac Company.

The company will provide business transformation outsourcing services for Internet-enabled solutions in areas like marketing process innovation, contact center, managed applications, Web development and integration services, and customer analytics. The company will go to market with a set of offerings called Seurat Suite.

XOR CEO John Oltman will become chairman and CEO of the new entity, Jonathan Spector, CEO of the original Seurat Company, will become COO.

The company, which will have a base of more than 200 companies worldwide and will employ more than 400 staffers in nine North American offices, says it expects to hit a revenue run rate of over $100 million by next year.
