CACI Plans Another Acquisition

CACI International Acton Burnell

CACI, based in Arlington, will purchase all outstanding stock of Acton Burnell, a privately held firm in Alexandria, Va., that reported fiscal 2002 revenue of $28.4 million.

Terms were not disclosed. Expected to be accretive to earnings, the acquisition is scheduled to be completed next month following shareholder approval.

CACI officials said the company's current revenue guidance for fiscal 2003 remains unchanged. For the fiscal year ended June 30, CACI reported sales of $681.9 million, compared with $557.9 million in the prior year.

According to a statement from the company, Acton Burnell supplements CACI's relationship with the U.S. Navy by way of its work on naval aviation systems.

CACI acquired Condor Technologies' government division in August.
