Printer Testing Alliance

The CRN Test Center and the SpencerLab Digital Color Laboratory are making printer-testing tools available to the channel, enabling solution providers to test printer speed, quality and cost per page while demonstrating the value of their expertise and solutions to clients.

The Test Center will host a "lite" version of the software for free downloading at crn.com%5Ctestcenter. Called SpencerLab/CRN PQ Lite, the download includes a .pdf file of test patterns that help analyze monochrome print quality.

Also available is a link to the SpencerLab Web site, where solution providers can acquire information on the SpencerLab/CRN Printer Test Suite.

Created and sold by SpencerLab and endorsed for the channel by CRN, these are the files used by the CRN Test Center for this issue's printer roundup.
