BroadVision introduced an upgrade of its portal suite that features streamlined integration of external user management and content management systems.

In addition, BroadVision 7.1, introduced last week, includes agent-assisted services to augment BroadVision's self-service functionality. It also has support for self-service returns, enhanced support for globalization and performance gains to accelerate workflow, the company said.

BroadVision 7.1 comprises three components: One-To-One Portal, One-To-One Commerce, and One-To-One Content. Collectively, the applications enable users to integrate portal, content and commerce functionality into one secure framework, the company said.
