EDS Names New Executive To Head CRM Service Line

Kruger replaces Mike Littell, now on special assignment within EDS' business process management division, according to company information.

Kruger previously served as executive vice president of operations for Excel Communications in Dallas. She has also served in executive positions with Cablevision, American Express and Citibank. She will report to Patricia Engels, president of EDS' business process management division. Neither Kruger nor Engels was immediately available Monday for comment.

Engels said in a statement she expects Kruger's "experiences with some of the world's best-known corporations" to bolster EDS' goal of gaining CRM market share in 2002.
