A: We often run into customers that have bought two, sometimes three, packages, opened them up and been unable to do anything with them. But if we do get a chance before they buy, we ask about their needs,basic things that separate one package from another. QuickBooks is excellent for small business. MYOB is excellent for integrating or importing from another package. MYOB also has expense codes that make it easy for small practitioners like psychologists and lawyers. I'm more concerned with meeting the customer's needs, rather than the accounting or the tax forms needs. Any package can do that.
