ATG To Offer Japanese Language Updates

The Japanese versions of the products will be available next month, according to ATG. As part of the updates, the Cambridge-based company said it will translate the user interface of the ATG Control Center and solution sets, providing business users with better control of e-business initiatives in their own language.

"It only makes sense that we release a Japanese version of our product, removing language barriers and helping us drive our initiatives in the market," Bernard Girbal, vice president and general manager of international operations at ATG, said in a statement.

The announcement follows recent deployments of ATG's online CRM applications by Japanese institutions such as TV Asahi, a television network, and a recent partnership between ATG and Hewlett-Packard Japan.
