larger technology community.

A recent report from IDC says that 500 unbranded PC vendors accounted for more than 133 million of the desktops, notebooks and servers sold last year, giving them a full 58 percent of the total worldwide PC market. The new figure is a significant increase from earlier IDC reports that credited the white-box community with just more than 125 million units last year.
