CACI Buying Condor's Government Division

The company, which is 86 on the 2002 VARBusiness 500 ranking of the industry's largest solution providers, says the acquisition will be completed next month, pending approval of condor shareholders.

CACI executives say the acquisition will expand its existing base of government clients while also complementing its existing offerings in systems integration, knowledge management, data mining and purchasing systems solutions. The Condor business unit provides a variety of professional services, including management consulting, strategic planning, interactive training and communications and call center support to agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Guard Bureau.

The exact terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
