DataTech Enterprises Changes Name

Fredericksburg, Va.-based DataTech Enterprises announced it is now doing business as Acolyst, a combination of "acolyte" and "catalyst." The solution provider, which VARBusiness sister publication CRN cited as one of the fastest growing solution providers in 2005, distinguishes itself as a COTS integrator -- recognizing the increased demand for commercial off-the-shelf products and services, and expanding its relationships to offer more options to federal agencies.

Acolyst qualifies in three federal set-aside categories as a minority, woman-owned small business that's located in a historically underutilized business zone (HubZone).
