Synnex Acquires Marketing Services Firm Concentrix

Concentrix, which had about $15 million in revenue in 2005, will integrate with Synnex's wholly-owned subsidiary BSA Sales under the Concentrix name.

"Concentrix's business strategy complements the vision of BSA Sales. We look for acquisitions, like Concentrix, that will further strengthen our capabilities and service offerings," said Synnex president and CEO Bob Huang in a statement.

Synnex acquired BSA Sales in February 2004 to provide integrated marketing services for solution providers and to bring qualified sales leads to VARs.
