Sirius Becomes A Billion-Dollar VAR With MSI Acquisition

MSI provides a range of IT integration services including IT and data center optimization, virtualization, security, unified communications and business continuity. Sirius said MSI has been paticularly successful this year by focusing on networking, managed services, project management and client asset management. MSI has more than 400 employees and serves customers in 17 states.

Sirius, which now has 700 workers, will have more than 1,000 employees after the acquisition and provide customer support across the U.S. through 40 office locations. The company will have more than 400 sales representatives and more than 450 product specialists and technical consultants who collectively hold more than 830 professional and technical certifications, Sirius said.
