Dell has named two new presidents of business units amid a reorganization at the company.

The Round Rock, Texas-based vendor named Steve Schuckenbrock as president of Dell Services, replacing Peter Altabef, who is leaving the company after helping integrate Perot Systems into Dell, according to the company.

Meanwhile, Dell plans to consolidate its Public and Large Enterprise business units into a single organization with Paul Bell serving as president of the new Public-Large Enterprise group, according to the company. Schuckenbrock and Bell will report to Michael Dell, chairman and CEO.

Schuckenbrock had been leading the Large Enterprise business unit and also was a former CIO at Dell. Now responsible for Dell Services, he is tasked with expanding Dell's operations as well as integrating recent services acquisitions.

With Perot Systems in tow, Dell Services now accounts for almost $8 billion in annual revenue and has 43,000 employees in 90 countries, according to Dell.

Bell is a 15-year Dell veteran who most recently led Dell's public business unit. He also has managed Dell’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations and the commercial business in North and South America, according to the company.

The creation of a single Public-Large Enterprise business unit is designed to enhance Dell’s position as a preferred provider of open, capable and affordable IT technology solutions and services, according to the company.

"We thank [Altabef] for his contributions to Dell and for his commitment to enabling the successful integration of Perot Systems with our business," said Michael Dell in a statement. "The changes we have announced today represent the continued evolution of Dell’s organizational structure."
