Video: Gary Moore Says Cisco 'Much Better Managed' Today

In an exclusive interview with CRN, Cisco COO Gary Moore said the networking giant is "much better managed" today following the company's massive restructuring in 2011.

Moore spoke with CRN during Cisco's Partner Summit 2012 in San Diego this week. He detailed the improvements Cisco made, including simplifying Cisco's product portfolio, redirecting the research and development spending, and bringing more accountability in how the company operations. Moore also discussed Cisco's focus on services, which includes the introduction of the new Cisco Services Partner Program.
