GTSI Appoints Ballam

Ballam possesses 20 years' experience in the IT and management arena, having joined GTSI in January 2003 as deputy CIO, where he helped reorganize and refocus the IT organization. Ballam's customer-centric approach has resulted in an IT organization that is more tightly integrated with GTSI's technology teams, the company stated.

Prior to joining GTSI, Ballam worked for Titan as its chief business analyst, where he was responsible for the development and support of all enterprise resource planning.
