Video: Compugen Embraces Cisco Architectures, Services Play

In an interview with CRN, Compugen CEO Harry Zarek said his company is aligning itself more closely with Cisco's architectural platforms. Zarek said the platforms are crucial to helping Compugen customers evolve their IT infrastructure because they act as road maps for that transition and give customers a sense of confidence. He added that Cisco has taken numerous disparate platforms and programs that came from acquisitions and aligned them for a simpler, more cohesive vision.

Zarek also said Cisco's new Services Partner Program will be pivotal for Compugen and other Cisco channel partners. Instead of a reactive break-fix approach with services, Zarek said the new program allows Cisco partners to be more proactive with higher-value consulting and integration services.
