D&H: Video Adoption Growing In SMB Market

In an interview with CRN, D&H Co-President Dan Schwab said video solutions are following a similar path to VoIP -- the technology existed in the consumer and enterprise spaces but saw a huge void in the SMB market. Schwab said D&H put on a "full-court press" three years ago to educate resellers on VoIP and promote affordable solutions, and the effort paid off.

Now D&H is doing the same today with videoconferencing technology. Schwab said video solutions such as Cisco's TelePresence Callway have the right features and price points for smaller businesses, and SMB VARs are taking notice.
