Video: What Would You Change About The Channel?

If you could change one thing about the channel, what would it be?

That was the question posed by CRN TV to several executives at the recent XChange 2012 conference in Dallas. Frank Vitagliano of Juniper, Mary Catherine Wilson of Dell, Erin Malone of CA Technologies, Ed Anderson of CompuCom, Jeff McKeever of MicroAge and Steve Dallman of Intel all weighed in on the questions.

Responses ranged from better anticipation of new technology trends to improved price protection for resellers to more focus on purpose-built systems. How would you change the IT channel? Let us know.
