Are small and midsized businesses moving to the cloud? Yes, but sometimes they're not going so willingly. That's the word from several solution providers that participated in a CRN VAR roundtable at D&H Distributing's New England Technology Show last week. Solution providers like Computer-EZ and Portsmouth Computer Group say that while there are advantages to using cloud apps and services, smaller businesses are reluctant to let go of their IT operations and data -- but sometimes are forced to because of cloud pressure from larger enterprises and industry partners.
